Up - Charles Muntz - Hot Air Balloons
Charles Muntz from the Pixar movie Up. It is part of the 2014 Walt Disney World (WDW) Hidden Mickey "Up Hot Air Balloons" pin series. The pin design incorporates the character's head as the balloon part and his chin/neck area as the basket and ropes. A small Hidden Mickey icon is visible on the basket at the bottom.
