We opened Canada's Disney Connection in 2020 because we recognized there was very few places for Canadians to purchase Disney products online. As collectors ourselves (Pins, Funko POP! etc...), we could see the growing need for a trusted purveyor of Disney collectibles. Using our unlimited passion for all magical things, and sparks of imagination; we want to bring all things Disney to the Canadian fans young and old. We want to help spread a little bit of Disney magic.

About Ingrid

Ingrid's first trip to WDW was in 1980 when she was only 5. It was a family trip with her grandparents. Staying at Fort Wilderness Campground where Disney movies were played nightly at a campfire. Only the Magic Kingdom was open, WDW was much smaller. One of the reasons she loves so many things about Disney is because she saw WDW grow and always have great family memories there. Her mom made sure as a Grandma that her grandkids would go. Her two kids grew up enjoying WDW vacations. Her daughter has also found some extra comfort using the accessibility pass. As their family dynamic changed, so did their WDW visits. The first blended family trip to WDW - 5 kids was a huge success.

Pin collecting for Ingrid started in 2006, the first trip with her daughter who was 10 months old at the time. This hobby for her has always been just a hobby she enjoyed when she was at the parks. Covid has brought to her the amazing online pin trading world! The pin friends she has made are amazing.

About Joel

Joel was raised on Disney from an early age, and made his very first trip to Disneyland in 1986. The memories of magic, wonder and imagination only encouraged his love for Disney to grow over the years. Fun Fact: His Disney pin collection officially started in '86 when Disneyland was celebrating their 30th anniversary!

Joel Collects: Alice in Wonderland, Disney Dogs, Emperor’s New Groove, Canada, Rainbow / Pride, Ursula, Keys Tower of Terror, Sushi, and some others odd ones...
