This is the consolation prize from the games at Tokyo Disney Sea for Winter 2015. Issued at Tokyo Disney Sea, a "gift" for playing at the Arabian Coast section of the park. You get the pin, or others in the series, only if you "lose" at the game. This pin features Baloo from Walt Disney's Jungle Book in front of a palm tree.
