TDR - Mickey Mouse - 17th Anniversary
The words "Tokyo Disneyland" appear across the top in gold letters. Near the bottom are the words "17th Anniversary" and near the middle it reads "Disney on Parade". Given to guests who entered the park on the day of the 17th anniversary of the park.
