Walt Disney World - 1986
There’s something about paper receipts from that era—the typography, the dates, even the way they itemized things—that instantly brings back the feeling of arriving, setting up camp, and having that mix of nature and Disney magic. For a lot of families, those trips were about bikes on the loops, campfire nights, and feeling like you were living at Disney, not just visiting it.
I have a receipt from camping at Fort Wilderness in 1986. This was in December, which is a preferred time.
